Artwork and files

The current Seller Workroom tools process files locally in your browser. Files selected in the mockup, resizing, listing and video tools are not intentionally transmitted to or stored on our server. Closing or refreshing a tool removes its current working session unless your browser retains temporary data.

Information you provide

If you email us, we receive your email address and the information you include. We use it to respond to your request and maintain necessary support records.

Technical information

Our hosting provider may process standard server logs such as IP address, browser type, requested page, time and security events. These logs are used to deliver and protect the website.

The current website does not use advertising or analytics cookies. Essential infrastructure may use strictly necessary technologies for security and delivery. If this changes, this policy and any required consent controls will be updated.
